Terms and Conditions of Use for AL-RIESALAH EDUCATION
- Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AL-RIESALAH EDUCATION (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Institute”). We are a registered online learning institute with the Government of Pakistan, providing global online tuition in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology), English, and specialized online tuition for Muslim students.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [https://alriesalah.com(the “Site”), our online learning platform, and all related services, content, and courses (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our Site, registering an account, enrolling in a course, or using our Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are a parent or guardian registering a child under the age of 18 (a “Minor”), you agree to these Terms on the Minor’s behalf and you will be responsible for the Minor’s use of the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
- Definitions
- “Student”: A user who is enrolled in one or more of our courses.
- “Parent/Guardian”: A user who registers, manages the account, and makes payments on behalf of a Student who is a Minor.
- “Teacher/Tutor”: An individual engaged by AL-RIESALAH EDUCATION to provide instructional services to Students.
- “User”: Any individual who accesses or uses our Site or Services, including Students, Parents, and Teachers.
- “Content”: All materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to lectures, notes, slides, videos, quizzes, assignments, and other educational resources.
- User Accounts and Registration
- Eligibility: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have your Parent/Guardian register and consent on your behalf. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age or have obtained parental consent.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse current or future use of our Services, or remove any content at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
- Services and Enrollment
- Description: We provide live online classes, recorded lectures, one-on-one tutoring sessions, and other educational materials. The specifics of each course (schedule, duration, fees, curriculum) will be detailed on the Site at the time of enrollment.
- Enrollment and Payment: Enrollment in a course is subject to payment of the applicable fees. Fees are as stated on the Site and are due in full prior to the commencement of the course unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy (see Section 5).
- Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection required to access our Services. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end.
- Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
- Payment Processor: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details.

- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Services, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has commenced or content has been accessed. - Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use
All Users agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. Not use the Services to engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, or offensive conduct based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected status.
c. Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
d. Respect the intellectual property of the Institute and its Teachers. All course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
e. Not record, reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any course content (live or recorded) without our express written permission.
f. Not impersonate any other person or entity.
g. For Muslim student programs, adhere to the Islamic etiquette (Adab) of learning, which includes respect for the teacher, fellow students, and the knowledge being imparted. - Intellectual Property Rights
- Institute’s IP: All right, title, and interest in and to the Services and Content, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are and will remain the exclusive property of AL-RIESALAH EDUCATION and its licensors (including Teachers, where applicable under their contract).
- Your License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
- User-Generated Content: By submitting assignments, questions, or posts to our forums, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and display that content to the extent necessary to provide and improve our Services.
- Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Results: The Services and Content are provided for educational purposes. AL-RIESALAH EDUCATION does not guarantee any specific academic results, grades, or exam outcomes.
- “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL-RIESALAH EDUCATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City of Registration, e.g., Islamabad, Pakistan].
